Own the people function end to end — recruitment, onboarding, employee records, HR policy drafting, and compliance. You'll write JDs, source candidates from LinkedIn, Naukri, and referrals, manage pipelines, and handle everything from offer letters to exit formalities.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment — JDs, screening, scheduling interviews
- Employee onboarding — offer letters, documents, induction
- Attendance, leave management, and employee records
- HR policy drafting and compliance documentation
- Employee queries, grievances, and exit formalities
- Manpower planning coordination with leadership
Admin Executive
Manage day-to-day office operations — housekeeping, vendor management, petty cash, expense tracking, asset inventory, travel bookings, and building coordination. You're the person who keeps the office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Office management — housekeeping, pantry, stationery, maintenance
- Vendor management — negotiations, contracts, delivery tracking

Open doors and bring real opportunities to the table. Visit companies across Gurugram and Delhi-NCR, identify decision-makers, understand their pain points across hiring, IT, cloud, and digital transformation, and set up meetings for the founding team to close.

- Field visits to generate new B2B business across NCR
- Identifying decision-makers — HR heads, IT heads, CXOs
- Understanding client problems across hiring, IT, cloud, and digital transformation

- Maintaining a clean pipeline with weekly reporting
- Relentless follow-ups — no lead dies without 5 touches
Content Writer
Turn complex B2B technology topics into clear, compelling content. Write LinkedIn posts, blogs, case studies, website copy, email campaigns, and sales collateral. You'll own the entire content engine for a growing brand.
Key Responsibilities
- LinkedIn posts, blogs, case studies, and thought leadership
- Website copy — service pages, landing pages, product descriptions
- Email campaigns, sales collateral, and client-facing documents
- Industry research across IT, cloud, AI, staffing, and digital transformation
- Content calendar management and consistent publishing
- Maintaining brand voice — sharp, professional, jargon-free
Digital Marketing Executive
Build our digital presence from the ground up. Run paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Google with clear ROI, handle SEO, manage email marketing, and generate inbound leads from digital channels. Vanity metrics don't count — results do.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing LinkedIn, Google, and other digital channels
- Running paid campaigns — LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads — with ROI tracking
- SEO — keyword research, on-page optimisation, technical audits

IT Executive
Own the entire technology infrastructure of our office. Set up and maintain desktops, networking, Wi-Fi, VPN, user accounts, and security. You're the go-to person when something breaks — and you fix it before anyone complains.
Key Responsibilities
- Office IT infrastructure — desktops, laptops, printers, networking
- LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and VPN management
- OS installation, software updates, and troubleshooting
